Meg fell in love with dancing as a child. She took classes in multiple genres at a local dance school for many years. She began assisting in classes in her late teens and found her love for teaching.
Meg is so proud and honoured of the community that Silhouette Dance has built. She loves nothing more than being able to share her passion and inspiring the next generation.
Meg has over 15 years teaching experience. She holds a GCSE A* grade & distinction A level in dance. Dance leadership qualification. Qualified associate freestyle dance teacher with IDTA. Acrotrix Teaching Qualification.
She is also fully insured, first aid trained, DBS checked and holds a chaperone licence,

Emily
Dance Teacher
Emily discovered a love for dancing at a very young age and has taken classes exploring a variety of genres. She began assisting in classes whilst at school and choreographed whole school productions.
Emily is excited to have joined the Silhouette Dance team, teaching pre-primary and primary ballet classes, and is keen to share her passion and enthusiasm for dance with others. Her daughter is also loving the ballet tots classes.
Emily has been teaching dance since 2010, specialising in ballet, tap, modern, acrobatics and musical interpretation and holds qualifications within these with the CDA. Emily has also been a qualified primary school teacher since 2016.
Emily is DBS checked and holds a chaperone license.

Sophie started performing at the age of 5 and joined Silhouette Dance when she was 14. Sophie studied dance at school, sixth form and then later went on to graduate at Arden School of theatre in Manchester.
She has many years experience teaching and performing. We are so proud to have her back once a month teaching and inspiring the next generation of dancers.

Studio Care Manager
Emma is our Studio Care Manager and you'll often see her welcoming students on a Saturday.
She has been part of our dance family for many years. She brings a wealth of experience in early years education from her day to day role. We feel very fortunate to have her apart of our team.
